Infusion Nurse, RN – Med Spa | Part-Time | Prime IV Wichita

Key Requirements for the Role

• Active RN credentials required
• Must be highly skilled and confident in IV placement (we provide full training on med-spa procedures, but IV proficiency is essential from day one—this is not a training ground for IV skills)
• Part-time role (2 shifts per week) with a fixed, repeating schedule: Week 1 includes 2 weekday shifts; Week 2 includes 1 weekday shift and the Saturday shift (not PRN; full-shift availability required—no partial shifts)

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Hourly Compensation: $33–$39/hour (average)
• Base Pay: $26/hour
• Tips & Commission: Average additional $7–$12/hour

Med-Spa Hours

• Monday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Closed: Sundays & Major Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Nursing Excellence (30%): Safely start/manage IVs (up to 20 per day), prepare/administer IV bags, injections, and treatments; review health intake forms; monitor client comfort
• Customer Experience (50%): Create a welcoming environment, build relationships, educate clients on therapy benefits to support their wellness goals
• Team & Admin (20%): Support a fun, collaborative culture; assist with checkouts, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and operations
