Prime IV Hydration & Wellness St. Augustine is seeking a high-performing RN who is equally comfortable delivering excellent clinical care, creating an extraordinary client experience, recommending wellness solutions, and helping grow the business.

This is not a traditional nursing position. We are looking for a clinically skilled, sales-minded professional who understands that exceptional healthcare and exceptional hospitality go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

Perform IV insertions with extraordinary skill, confidence, and consistency.

Administer IV hydration therapies and wellness injections according to established medical protocols.

Conduct professional client consultations and help clients select appropriate wellness services.

Educate clients about IV therapies, nutrient injections, packages, memberships, and available enhancements.

Build trusted client relationships that encourage retention, referrals, and repeat visits.

Confidently recommend and sell memberships, packages, treatment series, and add-on services.

Support local marketing, promotional events, community partnerships, and lead follow-up.

Help coach and motivate team members to achieve clinical, service, and sales goals.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with all safety, sanitation, privacy, and clinical standards.

Contribute to a positive, accountable, performance-focused workplace culture.

Assist with daily spa operations, inventory awareness, client recovery, and problem resolution.

The Ideal Candidate

You may be an excellent fit if you have:

An active, unrestricted Florida RN license.

Extraordinary IV insertion skills and a consistently high first-attempt success rate.

Current BLS certification.

Strong nursing judgment and a commitment to safe, compassionate care.

Previous retail, hospitality, medical-spa, wellness, or elective healthcare experience.

Demonstrated success in sales, marketing, business development, or client retention.

Leadership experience and the ability to positively influence team performance.

A professional, polished, energetic, and welcoming presence.

Excellent communication, consultation, and closing skills.

The confidence to discuss pricing and recommend services based on each client's goals.

Dependability, schedule flexibility, and a willingness to work selected weekends.

A genuine interest in health, wellness, longevity, and helping clients feel their best.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity designed to reward both clinical excellence and business contribution.

Base hourly rate: $28-$30 per hour

Plus client gratuities

Plus sales and spa performance commissions

Estimated total earning opportunity: $33-$45 per hour

Total earnings will vary based on hours worked, client volume, gratuities, sales results, and individual performance.
