Front Desk Spa Concierge - Prime IV Health and Wellness - Zionsville/Carmel/Noblesville

Are you outgoing, personable, and passionate about wellness? Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Zionsville, Indiana is looking for a Front Desk Concierge to be the face of our clinic and the first point of contact for our guests.

We’re seeking someone who’s not only friendly and professional but also thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a relaxing, upscale wellness environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients warmly with a smile and a welcoming attitude
• Offer guests a hot or cold towel and refreshing water upon arrival
• Manage the appointment schedule efficiently via phone, online booking system, and in person
• Make follow-up calls to check on client experience and encourage repeat visits
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients about services, membership options, and general wellness-related questions
• Use and understand basic medical terminology when discussing IV therapies and wellness treatments (training provided)
• Work closely with our medical and wellness teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing and engaging personality — you love talking to people!
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and basic computer tasks
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or medical front desk preferred
• A passion for health, wellness, and making others feel amazing
