At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, we’re more than just IV therapy—we’re a growing wellness brand focused on helping people feel energized, perform better, and live healthier lives. We’re looking for a confident, personable IV Certified Phlebotomist who is equally comfortable starting an IV as they are guiding a client into the right services and memberships.
Saturday availability is required, along with varied weekday and event shifts
What You’ll Do
- Perform IV insertions with a high level of skill and consistency
- Deliver personalized nutrient consultations and educate clients on wellness options
- Confidently recommend and sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
- Create an exceptional front desk and in-spa experience from check-in to check-out
- Assist with mobile wellness events (set up, execution, and breakdown)
- Monitor clients during infusions and communicate with RN/MD as needed
- Handle light administrative duties including scheduling, payments, and documentation
- Support daily spa operations: stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong IV skills with a high success rate (this is a must)
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to build rapport
- Confidence in sales and recommending services (sales experience preferred)
- Passion for health, wellness, and preventative care
- Ability to multitask and thrive in both clinical and front desk roles
- Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
- Leadership mindset is a plus
Compensation & Perks
- $18/hour base pay
- Tips commission (average additional $4–$10/hour)
