Overview
This position combines excellent clinical nursing skills with wellness consultations, client education, relationship-building, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, highly confident in IV placement, and comfortable guiding clients through available treatments, services, and membership options based on their individual wellness goals.
Our RNs play an important role in the entire client experience—from conducting initial consultations and recommending appropriate services to administering treatments, educating clients, and helping them develop an ongoing wellness plan.
What You’ll Do
- Start and monitor IV infusions and IM injections
- Conduct health consults and recommend therapy options
- Prepare IVs following USP 797 compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Educate clients on memberships and vitamin add-ons
- Assist with phone calls, scheduling, and overall client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Strong IV skills and confidence with venipuncture
- Current BLS certification
- Available at least 2 Saturdays/month
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Interest in wellness, preventative care, and client education
