Responsibilities and job duties include:
- Provide IV hydration therapies, Intramuscular Injections, Peptide Therapies and other wellness services to clients according to established protocols,
- Conduct client assessments, obtain medical histories, and make appropriate recommendations based on client needs and goals,
- Educate clients on the benefits of IV hydration and other wellness therapies, and answer any questions or concerns they may have,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure client confidentiality is maintained,
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment,
- Work collaboratively with the medical director to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements,
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and calibrated,
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education programs to maintain knowledge and skills (cost will be reimbursed)
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing,
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting,
- Extensive IV experience
- Sales experience preferred, in absence of sales experience an outgoing personality with desire to learn soft sales skills,
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of basic medical procedures,
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
