We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. Duties
- Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
- Perform cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, and forecasting to support effective financial management.
- Assist with internal audits and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Contribute to budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives through detailed analysis and reporting.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or public accounting environments with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software such as M3 Accounting Core, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or equivalent systems.
- Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and journal entries accurately under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial report writing and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management tasks confidently.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
