Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, reach trucks, while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain precise inventory records
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare shipping documentation
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper packaging for delivery
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve order fulfillment efficiency, and uphold customer service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and inventory management practices
- Ability to reach trucks, operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, and order fulfillment
- Prior experience is a plus
