Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime Available on Saturdays
A growing manufacturing company specializing in advanced pipeline equipment is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator/Programmer to join their team. This is a hands-on position requiring strong CNC machining knowledge and the ability to independently program, set up, and operate a HAAS VF7 milling machine.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate HAAS VF7 CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Create and modify CNC programs to meet production requirements
- Select tooling, fixtures, and machine setups for efficient production
- Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating and programming CNC milling machines required
- Experience with HAAS controls and HAAS VF series mills preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and G-code programming
- Skilled in the use of precision measurement instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check (non-violent offenses may be considered)
- Must be able to pass a full-panel drug screen
- Ability to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
