Prime Horizon is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, providing customers with in-person support and solutions for their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Associate:
- Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions.
- Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Learn and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions.
- AT&T Associates answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in daily training and coaching focused on sales, communication, and leadership.
