Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare, set up, and maintain hookah stations according to safety and quality standards
- Clean and sanitize lounge areas, including tables, seating, and equipment, ensuring a pristine environment
- Buss tables promptly to keep the lounge tidy and organized for ongoing guest enjoyment
- Handle bar cleaning tasks, including washing glassware and maintaining bar area cleanliness
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and venue beverage service in compliance with safety regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar to process transactions accurately
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely
- Ensure adherence to food service bar safety compliance standards at all times
- Support catering or banquet events if applicable, providing excellent hospitality services
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of bar experience or barista experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Experience with cleaning, bussing, food handling, and venue beverage service required
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Prior experience in hotel, banquet, or catering settings is beneficial but not mandatory
- Demonstrated commitment to food industry safety standards and customer service excellence
