Human Resources Recruiter
to join our growing team.
In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts while supporting key Human Resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and personnel record management.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring of candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Support employee benefits administration and open enrollment
- Maintain employee personnel records and HR documentation
- Assist managers with staffing plans and workforce needs
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinate training, meetings, and HR-related events
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, and employment regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, payroll systems, email, and database software
