About the Role
Prime Home is seeking Shared Living Providers (SLPs) to open their homes to individuals with disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide care and support in a family-like environment while working from home.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and supportive home environment
- Assist with daily living skills and encourage independence
- Manage behavioral challenges (including elopement and self-harm risks)
- Provide transportation as needed
- Complete required training (provided by Prime Home)
Requirements
- Single-family home with one open bedroom
- Two female licensed providers living in the same home
- Ability to manage high-risk behaviors with safeguards in place
- All household members over age 13 must pass annual background checks (Criminal, APS/CPS, Sex Offender)
- Proof of auto and homeowners/renters insurance
Compensation
- Tax-Free Income: $36,000–$105,000 annually (based on state funding)
- Room & Board Allowance: $600/month per individual for household expenses
