YOUR ROLE:
You navigate the busy environment of Prime Heating & Cooling as the Billing - Payments Manager, where the day unfolds with the satisfying rhythm of bookkeeping. OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of AP/AR or accounting experience
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, House Call Pro, or similar software
- Knowledge of AIA billing and subcontractor payments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
