Hours: 12-hour shifts – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Location: Saint John Hospital - Leavenworth, KS

From managing complex, acute illnesses to supporting post‑operative recovery, they provide hands‑on nursing care that truly impacts patient outcomes. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Provide direct patient care, including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures.
- Monitor vital signs, document observations, and report any changes in the patient's condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and observe for reactions or side effects.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and assist with procedures within the state LPN scope of practice.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to support individualized care plans.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide patient/family education on treatments and recovery.
- Follow infection control practices and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications

- Current and valid state license
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain a current
- IV certification upon hire (state-specific)
