Paralegal who provides support for the hospital operations counsel and related contract drafting, review and management functions of the Legal Department.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks.
- Familiarity with and experience drafting, reviewing and managing contracts.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Office/Word).
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with contract software tools, provisions, terms, and language.
- Some college preferred.
- Paralegal certificate preferred
