Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) | Rochester, MN

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve speech, language, cognition, and communication skills.
• Treat patients with dysphagia, aphasia, cognitive-communication deficits, and voice disorders.
• Provide swallowing therapy, cognitive retraining, and caregiver education.
• Guide patients and families through safe swallowing strategies and communication programs.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.
