- Evaluate residents' strength, balance, mobility, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, safety, and independence.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance interventions, and functional mobility training.
- Help residents work toward recovery goals and maintain their highest possible level of function.
