The Corporate Pharmacist is responsible for providing system level support for hospital pharmacy operations with a focus on supporting other members of the corporate pharmacy and hospital-level pharmacy Teams. Activities may include standardization and regulatory/accreditation compliance, various projects, data management, and audits as assigned. Coordinates with the Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Regional Pharmacy Directors, Corporate Clinical Pharmacy Director, and hospital pharmacy leadership in the implementation, development, prioritization, and execution of compliance and operational initiatives. These responsibilities include maintaining pharmacy department resources and tools and the provision of enhanced support for sites experiencing compliance challenges.
Required qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy required
- 3 - 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with hospital pharmacy systems (EMR/ADC/IV Pump), spreadsheets, word processing programs, and other databases required.
Preferred qualifications:
- PharmD preferred
- MBA preferred
- Residency preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $118,560.00 to $192,315.46 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
