Responsibilities
St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is looking for their next Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for the overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas. Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plans and directs the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
3. Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
4. Demonstrates community commitment
5. Ability to lead at all levels of management
6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.
Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
