JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Diagnose Issues: Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.
- Repair Tools: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
- Warranty Repair: Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.
- Testing: Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.
- Team Interaction: Communicate with engineer team on product related issues
- Miscellaneous: Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic. Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.
