Life Insurance Consultant
Prime Financial | Commission-Based
Prime Financial is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Consultants. In this role, you will help individuals and families understand their life insurance options and find coverage that fits their needs, goals, and budget.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, sales resources, and licensing support for qualified candidates who are new to the industry.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective clients who are interested in life insurance
- Identify each client's coverage needs and financial goals
- Present life insurance options from multiple highly rated carriers
- Prepare quotes and assist clients through the application process
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing service
- Maintain accurate client and application information
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
- Manage your sales pipeline and personal production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Ability to learn and apply sales and product training
- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not required
Life Insurance License
An active state life insurance license is required to sell insurance.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
Estimated earning potential is $60,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on individual sales activity, consistency, and production. Actual earnings will vary and are not guaranteed.
