We are currently looking to fill a Full-Time MSR position at our Walkers Point Branch (225 W Greenfield Ave, Milwaukee).
Our Member Service Representatives are trained in all aspects of Member Service. As a Member Service Representative, you will not only perform transactions on membership accounts but will also provide solutions to expand existing member relationships by identifying the member's financial needs. Most importantly, our Member Service Representatives are passionate about making sure that our members have a truly terrific experience!
Duties include:
- Conduct cash/check deposits, withdrawals, and payments; open new accounts.
- Verify and balance cash drawer and checks.
- Read and interpret internal policies and procedures.
- Promote and establish various credit union products and services such as consumer loans, credit cards, electronic services, and other deposit accounts.
