What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating leads through door knocking, networking, direct mail, and online leads
• Meeting with homeowners and selling roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
• Following up with prospects and managing your pipeline in our CRM
• Working closely with our production and office teams to deliver a great customer experience
• Constantly improving your sales skills through training and feedback

Requirements

• Experience knocking doors (roofing or home services preferred)
• Comfortable with outside sales and in-home appointments
• Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
• Reliable, professional, and respectful
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
