Responsibilities
- Lead small crews on modernization and major repair projects.
- Perform controller upgrades, rewiring, equipment replacement, and installations.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and traction elevator systems.
- Read schematics and coordinate fieldwork.
- Maintain safe, organized job sites and quality workmanship.
- ✈Travel nationwide for government modernization projects.
Qualifications
- 3 years of elevator modernization or construction experience
- Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with EC Vantage, SmartRise, Alpha, and MCE controllers.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and traction elevators.
- Ability to work independently and lead a crew.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
