Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure proper stocking and organization of warehouse shelves to facilitate quick access and inventory accuracy.
• Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying trade compliance, and coordinating international trade regulations when applicable.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking with precision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment to support overall warehouse health.

Skills

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and logistics operations.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
