About the Role This is not your typical Office Manager role. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can run the daily operations of our Keller specialty location while also serving as our primary patient sales consultant. You will lead a clinical and front office team, keep the practice running at a high level, and personally guide patients through their treatment journey from the first consultation to a scheduled surgery. What You Will Do
Practice Management
- Oversee all daily front office and clinical operations at the Keller location
- Lead, coach, and support Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) and front office team members
- Monitor and manage collections, billing, and insurance verification processes
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding balances
- Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and invoice verification
- Maintain compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the office team and regional operations leadership
- Track key performance metrics and report to leadership regularly
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed
Sales & Patient Consultation
- Meet with new and prospective patients to discuss implants, All-on-X, dentures, and surgical treatment options
- Guide patients through the decision-making process with confidence, empathy, and clarity
- Create and present customized treatment plans while navigating insurance benefits
- Apply patients to dental financing programs and confidently discuss large treatment investments
- Schedule consultations and surgeries while coordinating with the lab and surgeon's schedule
- Ensure all medical clearances are received prior to scheduled surgery dates
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current patients to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment
- Manage follow-up outreach to patients who have delayed or paused treatment
- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through SEO, print, TV, and other marketing channels
- Operate advanced imaging equipment such as CBCT (training provided)
- Support implant marketing initiatives and overall branding of the practice
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience required
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or healthcare setting
- Experience in a specialty dental setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable leading clinical support staff including RDAs
- Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and collections processes
- Confident discussing large treatment investments and financing options with patients
- Elite communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outgoing, professional, and able to establish immediate trust with prospective patients
- Proficiency in dental practice management software; Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred
- Comfortable with standard office software including Excel and Google Drive
- Professional dress and appearance required

- Competitive base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience
