About the Role This is not your typical Office Manager role. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can run the daily operations of our Keller specialty location while also serving as our primary patient sales consultant. You will lead a clinical and front office team, keep the practice running at a high level, and personally guide patients through their treatment journey from the first consultation to a scheduled surgery. If you are a natural connector, a confident closer, and a strong operational leader — this role was built for you.

What You Will Do

Practice Management

  • Oversee all daily front office and clinical operations at the Keller location
  • Lead, coach, and support Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) and front office team members
  • Monitor and manage collections, billing, and insurance verification processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and invoice verification
  • Maintain compliance with office policies, procedures, and HIPAA requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the office team and regional operations leadership
  • Track key performance metrics and report to leadership regularly
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members as needed

Sales & Patient Consultation

  • Meet with new and prospective patients to discuss implants, All-on-X, dentures, and surgical treatment options
  • Guide patients through the decision-making process with confidence, empathy, and clarity
  • Create and present customized treatment plans while navigating insurance benefits
  • Apply patients to dental financing programs and confidently discuss large treatment investments
  • Schedule consultations and surgeries while coordinating with the lab and surgeon's schedule
  • Ensure all medical clearances are received prior to scheduled surgery dates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current patients to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment
  • Manage follow-up outreach to patients who have delayed or paused treatment
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through SEO, print, TV, and other marketing channels
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment such as CBCT (training provided)
  • Support implant marketing initiatives and overall branding of the practice

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience required
  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or healthcare setting
  • Experience in a specialty dental setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable leading clinical support staff including RDAs
  • Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance, and collections processes
  • Confident discussing large treatment investments and financing options with patients
  • Elite communication, rapport-building, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Outgoing, professional, and able to establish immediate trust with prospective patients
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software; Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred
  • Comfortable with standard office software including Excel and Google Drive
  • Professional dress and appearance required

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience
  • Bonus potential based on performance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
  • Full-time schedule, Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Supportive regional leadership team
  • Opportunity to grow within a multi-location dental organization
  • Beautiful, modern specialty office environment
