Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our data center operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill staffing needs across various technical and operational roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team KPI's
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for a wide range of data center developer roles (engineering, construction, solutions engineering, QAQC, commissioning, etc.)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and feedback collection
• Build strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics within applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Manage and regularly publish an intranet Talent Acquisition dashboard.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed on trends and developments in the data center industry and competitive talent landscape.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and recruiting meetups as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal processes.
• Assist with new hire onboarding as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a data center or land development environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across various disciplines and locations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, Rippling, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting for data center or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Familiarity with high-volume or global recruiting strategies.
• Technical background or education engineering, or related fields is a plus.
