A private firm owned by a group controlling $6 billion in assets, with a 15-year tenure in technology and real estate development, Prime provides customers with ownership options and dynamic leasing models, defining a true corporate partnership.Location: Onsite - Denver, CO (Office in RiNo District)Reports to: SVP, Product Delivery Summary The Data Center Construction Scheduler is responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures that all phases of construction are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary and resource constraints.  Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.  Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to gather input and update project timelines. Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master project schedule. Analyze schedule impacts due to design changes, field conditions, or delays and propose mitigation strategies. Generate and distribute regular schedule reports, including look-aheads, critical path analyses, and schedule risk assessments. Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones and deliverables. Monitor progress and flag potential schedule risks, bottlenecks, or delays early. Ensure all schedules comply with contractual obligations, project goals, and client expectations. Support earned value analysis, productivity tracking, and reporting requirements. Participate in project closeout by documenting final schedules, lessons learned, and performance metrics. Required:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools. Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus. Benefits:Competitive salary ($110K-$140K) and performance bonus program401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer matchMedical with a 99% employer paid premiumDental, Vision, and Life Insurance at no cost to youPaid Time OffApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.Prime is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
