The CPM interacts with many departments and contractors including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and facilities staff.ResponsibilitiesManage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standardsProvide appropriate communication with project team to reduce constraints between Owner, Design Team and ContractorCollaborate with the EH&S Officer to ensure site construction safety procedures are implemented and followedWork with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviewsProvide schedule input and communicate impacts related to document deliverablesSupport the development of GC RFP’sManage the RFP Process including evaluation and leveling of pricing proposalsWork closely with the procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery processesMonitor RFI’s and submittals, ensure they are coordinated with project teamCreate and monitor project budget and cost-to-date variance budgetEstablish project schedules and cash flow forecasts.Create and communicate updates on project status monthlyMaintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projectsReview monthly invoices from contractors, including detailed review of invoicing and WIP productionReview change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricingTravel up to 30%QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experienceData Center experience highly preferred; construction management experience required5 years’ experience in commercial construction practices and proceduresEffective presentation development and communication skillsProficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.
