The Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for ensuring the daily operations of out studio run smoothly while creating an exceptional experience for our members, instructors, and team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves leading people, and enjoys creating systems that keep a business running at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Leadership
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop Front Desk team members
- Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage
- Lead team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Work regular Front Desk shifts and provide hands-on leadership
Studio Operations
- Oversee the daily operation of the studio and ensure all locations are running efficiently
- Manage opening/closing procedures and daily operational standards
- Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure studios remain clean, organized, and fully operational
- Identify and solve operational challenges proactively
Member Experience
- Help deliver an exceptional member experience every day
- Manage member communications and resolve operational concerns
- Build strong relationships with members to support retention and community engagement
- Partner with leadership to continually improve the member experience
Administration & Events
- Manage studio supplies, retail inventory, and operational systems
- Support studio events, challenges, and community initiatives
- Assist with event execution and social media content capture
- Help implement new operational systems and processes as Prime continues to grow
