What are the responsibilities and job description for the Core Box Technician position at PRIME CORE?
Job Summary·
Performs core box setup, including box changeovers, machine calibration, sand loading, and core box alignment.
Responsibilities·
· Works as a team to ensure all cores meet customer specifications concerning quality.
· May help out in other areas of the plant.
· Regular attendance and other duties as assigned.
· Perform various other tasks involved in the core-making process.
· Help other teammates with issues involving their machinery.
· Clean and organize patterns in the box room.
· Perform basic repairs on patterns and mounting apparatus.
· Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
· May be needed to load/unload trucks/ Band skids/boxes shrink wrap etc. Per customer packing requests
· Will need a valid driver’s license my be required to deliver product to customer’s using pickup truck
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
