Position Overview:
We are seeking General Laborers to assist with the preparation, setup, and finishing of concrete poured walls and foundation work. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hard-working crew.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and stripping concrete wall forms
- Help pour and finish concrete for foundations and walls
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow direction from supervisors and crew leaders
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in concrete or construction is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
