Job Description
* Perform bi-weekly, weekly, monthly and turnover changes
* Set up apartments as needed, including putting together furniture and set up of amenities following the Execustay Amenities Placement Guide
* Pack and move bins as needed
* Move furniture as needed
* Carpet and furniture steaming as needed
* Make a note and report any broken or damaged appliances, furniture, etc. and replace from storage room as necessary or report to Field Operations Manager
* All maintenance related items should be noted and reported to Field Operations Manager
* Check for any items that are left behind during a turnover, bring them to rental office to be returned and inform General Manager of items left
* Keep storage areas organized and clean
* Handle any guest relations in a calm, professional manner
* Complete other related tasks as assigned by General Manager or Field Operations Manager
* Clean Property Clubhouses and clean make ready units as needed
Qualifications
* Available for work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
* Must have reliable transportation
* Professional and courteous demeanor and attitude
* Works well with others
* Ability to lift or move furniture/furnishings weighing up to 60 pounds
* Trustworthy: will be entering occupied residences
