Prime Comfort Heating And Cooling is a locally-owned residential HVAC company serving the greater Grand Rapids area. We're growing and looking for a motivated individual who is ready to learn a skilled trade from the ground up.
No HVAC experience required. If you're dependable, hard-working, and eager to build a real career with your hands, we'll invest in training you the right way.
What you'll do
- Work alongside our lead installation technicians on residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C, heat pumps)
- Assist with equipment staging, hauling, and setup at job sites
- Help with ductwork, line sets, and equipment connections under tech supervision
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and represent Prime Comfort with pride
- Learn as you go — this role is designed to grow into a full technician position
What we're looking for
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Integrity — commitment to doing it right. No shortcuts here
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Any experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work is a plus — but we'll train the right person from scratch

- $18–$25/hr depending on experience

Schedule
Monday–Friday, standard day shifts with some overtime as needed to complete assigned work. Saturday availability as needed during peak seasons.
