Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities to ensure compliance with study protocols.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct informed consent discussions and provide education to participants.
- Monitor patient progress and collect data throughout the trial phases.
- Collaborate with investigators and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to ethics committees and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate communication between study participants, sponsors, and team members.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in clinical research or as a clinical research coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP or SOCRA) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management software.
