In this full-time, customer-facing role, you’ll represent Kinetic and help customers upgrade to high-speed fiber internet through professional sales and strong customer service.
As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with customers, present fiber internet solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing real sales and customer service skills in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct sales presentations for Kinetic services
- Deliver clear, solution-focused customer service to new customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right internet packages
- Process enrollments and maintain accurate customer records
- Track sales performance and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent Prime Citadel professionally in every customer interaction
