We’ve been in business since 2007, we’re licensed in 30 states, and we’re building one of the strongest cross-sell platforms in the industry — mortgage, real estate, solar, and financial solutions under one roof.
We’re hiring a motivated, charismatic Talent Acquisition Partner who loves recruiting, networking, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
This is not a traditional HR role. This is a headhunter-style recruiting position for someone who thrives on energy, action, and closing strong candidates.
- Recruit Mortgage Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Referral Partners, and Sales Talent
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and industry groups
- Run outreach campaigns, post content, generate buzz, and showcase our platform
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and present our value proposition
- Source and manage relationships with industry professionals (MLOs, Realtors, CPAs, tax pros, etc.)
- Attend occasional in-person events, local meetups, training days, or masterminds
- Help build a strong employer brand through social media
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to hit growth targets
- Maintain a simple but effective recruiting pipeline and follow-up process
- Confident, charismatic communicator — someone people naturally connect with
- Experience in sales, recruiting, mortgage/real estate, or similar fast-paced fields
- A natural networker and social butterfly
- Strong on social media — can post, DM, follow up, and attract attention
- Coachable, competitive, self-driven, and hungry to grow
- Organized enough to track candidates, but entrepreneurial enough to hunt for new ones
- Big plus: experience recruiting MLOs, Realtors, or salespeople
- Base salary: $65,000–$70,000
- Performance bonuses based on hires retained 90 days
- Potential for additional commission/override structures
- Room for growth into Leadership or Director-level role as we scale
