Job Overview
Prime Carriers, a trusted partner for high-end luxury retailers, is expanding and seeking experienced Owner Operators to help facilitate home delivery and white glove installation services for our valued customers. Owner Operator Requirements:
- Independent Business with own employees (drivers/helpers)
- Own 26 ft Box Trucks (ALL WHITE BOX)
- Commercial Insurance
- FMCSA Running Authority (DOT & MC in good standing)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Driver's License (Required)
- Fluent in English (atleast one person on the truck has to know english)
- Experience with home delivery & white glove installation of high-end furniture is a MUST. At least 1 Year experience REQUIRED.
- Professionalism & High-End Customer Service skills
- Necessary Tools to perform the work required
Responsibilities
- Furniture Delivery & Setup: Safely transport and deliver high-end furniture to customers’ homes, ensuring all items are properly handled, unboxed, and set up.
- White-Glove Service: Provide premium, personalized service during each delivery, including assembly, placement, and removal of packaging.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with the delivery and installation.
- Pre-Delivery Inspections: Inspect furniture for any damage before loading and report any issues to management.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow safety procedures for both driving and lifting heavy or fragile items, ensuring that company policies and local regulations are adhered to.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, ensuring all items are accounted for before and after each delivery.
