We are looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our primary healthcare team.
Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or community health is highly desirable.
Additionally, you may be involved in mentoring nursing staff, contributing to policy development, and engaging in community outreach programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and health assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- Promote preventive care and wellness strategies
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and board certification
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Knowledge of current medical practices and guidelines
- CPR and BLS certification
License/Certification:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Preferred)
