WORK LOCATION: Skilled Nursing Facility
- Assisting with ADLs
- Hygiene and personal care
- Basic health monitoring
- Rehabilitation and mobility support
- Social and recreational participation
- Reporting and documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one year of experience
- Active Certified Nursing License
- BLS Certification
- 2 Step TB skin test (current; within 1 year)
- Federal background check
