Responsibilities
- Manage the full leasing cycle from prospecting to lease signing, including marketing, property tours, negotiations, and contract preparation
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, and property managers through exceptional customer service and effective communication
- Utilize property management Yardi software for data entry, lease administration, and reporting
- Conduct legal administrative tasks including reviewing contracts, move outs, filing documents, and maintaining accurate records of leasing activities
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilitate facilities management to ensure properties are market-ready
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
Skills
- Proficiency with Yardi and other property management tools
- Extensive experience in real estate administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and contract management
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with conflict management abilities to resolve tenant or landlord issues effectively
- Superior customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management capabilities
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures, and property leasing best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within an office environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Marketing experience to include social media
