Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and customer service skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Zoho, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to meet client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the market.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Solid understanding of business development principles and account management practices.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques, including territory sales management.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
