Prime Accounting Solutions LLC is a medium size accounting practice with over 15 locations. We offer a professional, supportive and collaborative work environment. We offer accounting, tax, payroll and financial services to our clients. We are seeking a professional to fill the role of a Tax Preparer in our Harrisionville, MO office. The ideal preferred candidate will be knowledgeable with tax planning and preparation for individual and business tax returns.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and/or small businesses from client provided information
- Provide excellent service to promote repeat business, and provide future tax planning to clients.
- Identify potential deductions, credits, and other tax-saving opportunities
- Adhere to all ethical standards for the industry and especially maintain confidentiality
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely filing
Experience:
- 5 years of previous experience as a tax preparer or in a related role is preferred but will accept 3 years of experience
- Enrolled Agent or CPA Preferred but not required
Pay: Starting at $60,000.00 (3 years) and above depending upon experience and resume

- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays only during tax season and at your planning
- Generous flexibility after the Spring tax deadline
Ability to commute/relocate: Belton, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Work Location: In person primarily during tax season and mix after Spring tax deadline of onsite and at home is available.
