Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations, serving as the main point of contact for customers while coordinating service calls and supporting field technicians. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure and pivot, and enjoys helping people.
Responsibilities
- Proficient House Call Pro CRM
- Answer incoming and schedule HVAC service appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on priority, location, and availability
- Have 3 -5 years of customer service experience (preferably in HVAC)
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding arrival times, delays, and service updates
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information in dispatch software
- Coordinate emergency and after-hours service calls as needed
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process service agreements, invoices, and payments when required
- Support technicians with job details, parts availability, and follow-ups
- Maintain a positive and professional company image at all times
- Outbound and Inbound calls
- Selling memberships/Duct Cleanings and add ons over the phone
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous HVAC, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software
- Basic knowledge of HVAC terminology is a plus (training provided)
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
