Duties & Responsibilities
We are excited to meet you and glad you’re interested in the opportunity to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the company's accounting operations and supervise the accounting staff. Duties include the following:
- Manage daily financial operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the team meets deadlines and objectives
- Communicate with external stakeholders - attorneys, investors, lenders, and tax accountants
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform wire transfers for property purchases, deal financing, and intercompany cash management
- Other related tasks as assigned

- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, orother relevant field
- 3-5 years in progressive accounting roles with some management
- Experience with real estate, construction, and/or property management preferred
- CPA license a plus
- In-person at Primax's office, Monday-Friday
