What are the responsibilities and job description for the State Reporting Team Tier 1 position at Primavera Online School?
Essential job duties and responsibilities
- Maintains and updates the PowerSchool Student Information System and other databases, including enrollment, parent or guardian information, special education and federal programs, lunch programs, full time equivalencies (FTE), tuition payer codes, grade levels and cohorts, state ID numbers, race and ethnicities, entry codes, entry dates, withdrawal codes, withdrawal dates, course codes, etc.
- Generates, monitors, and stores student data reports related to AzEDs.
- Monitors state error reports and make necessary corrections in a timely, concise manner.
- Assists with start- and end-of-school year processes within the internal PowerSchool student information system.
- Responds to information requests in a cooperative, courteous, and timely manner.
- Provides excellent customer services to all managed schools.
- Assists with Arizona Department of Education audits including coordinating and completing any data corrections for any prior school year.
- Follows privacy laws, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), with personally identifiable information for students including grades, schedules, or academic progress.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

Education and Training
- Completion of high school diploma or high school equivalency.
- Experience working with student data in an educational environment is preferred.
