Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner who is a Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) in Internal Medicine and is willing to relocate to our Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, patient-focused, and comfortable practicing in a collaborative U.S. primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order, interpret, and document labs and diagnostic studies
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications (Required)
✔ Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP/APRN) with an active U.S. license
✔ Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) with a degree/specialization in Internal Medicine
✔ Eligible and authorized to practice as an NP in the United States
✔ Fluent and proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required)
✔ Willing to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida
✔ Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within NP scope of practice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in primary care or internal medicine outpatient setting
Strong background in chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia)
Experience with preventive care and screening guidelines
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
