What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Office Worker position at Primary?
Overview:
Ansell.Law is seeking a Seasonal Office Worker to join our esteemed law firm. All candidates must have a driver's license and be familiar with a computer and the Microsoft Office systems.
- Location: 1500 Lawrence Ave, Ocean, NJ 07712
- Hours: 9:00 AM- 5:15 PM Monday through Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various ongoing office projects
- Review, scan, and verify files within the office and digitally.
- Assist with the moving of office furniture and various other office assets.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to scan and review documents.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be resourceful and work as a team player as well as independently
- Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
- Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs., sit for extended periods of time, use stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy, able to work efficiently on their own.
- Knowledge of the IManage Document Management System and Orion is a plus
