What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position at Primary?
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Paralegal to join our Commercial Real Estate department. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our Commercial Real Estate department, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Assist in the preparation of Commercial Real Estate documents including but not limited to purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Assist with handling trust and business accounts
- Preparing closing documents and assembling post-closing binders for clients
- Manage administrative tasks such as client payments, managing received mail, and through record keeping
- Organize and maintain all case files, including indexing/filing documents
- Opening new files and filing documents throughout each transaction
- Maintain Client contact throughout the transaction process
- Manage complex commercial real estate matters
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information questions and requests
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate closings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications:
- 8-15 Years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal handling closings, leases, and financing,
- Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the Commercial Real Estate area is preferred
- Knowledge in document management system iManage and billing system Orion is a plus

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
